This handbook page, http://drupal.org/node/50280, has this comment, http://drupal.org/node/50280#comment-212126, that suggests that the mv (move) statement in the Drupal installation instructions, http://drupal.org/node/260, is causing permissions problems in SELinux. Requesting to have the drupal install.txt file change from a mv command to a cp command as the user, http://drupal.org/user/126372, suggests. I will integrate of user's comments into the SELinux page as well if this proposal is approved.

References no longer exist, SELinux has its own page, so if you want to add this to the SELinux section, feel free to do so on that page. Covering every configuration/distro/database/internet server/php configuration is micromanaging the install.txt!

Marked as OUTOFDATE aka FIXED!
