My client's accounting software generates CSV files separated by tabs without any escaping or quotation features.

Example:

324 Nunc clari          sequitur quod
32  blandit videntur    Eodem me
454 congue „wisi"       blandit modo
83  Est dolore nostrud  lius exerci
2   demonstraverunt     meres

As you see, sometimes there are quoted word, but this quotes have not any escaping sence. I need to get congue „wisi" in one field, but Feeds CSV parser after quote start quoting and this costs the field will be filled by the rest of file.
