Following error is report when updating database tables on installation of -dev version:

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home2/lewi7920/public_html/zzzz.trial/drupal6/update.php on line 337.

I am not sure what the operation is trying to do so do not know how critical it is!

Try 7.x, as 6.x is no longer supported anymore, sorry about that.
