First off - great module. Really useful.

However, why no option to edit subject line? Currently the subject line I am getting on old accounts is awful!

The square brackets are annoying, and for some reason (couldnt tell from looking at code) its coming out with italic HTML in it...

Apply the patch attached at http://drupal.org/node/159812 to remove HTML tag from the subject. Custom subject fields are not implemented now.

Seems to me that this is really important. I'd really like to have an editable subject line for the email. "Account inactivity" isn't really the best...
