I am seeing an issue with a site spontaneously going offline for no observable reason. It's a production website, and I'd like for the client to be notified ASAP when it happens, but this module's help text requests whole hours. Will it accept fractional hours?

Contrary to my earlier posting, this case is NOT a stuck cron. I can infer the point at which the site goes offline to within a minute, and see no cron jobs within 10 minutes in either direction. Never seen anything like this before. Point, though, is that this WOULD work for this instance, since cron continued to function normally.
