Offline Reminder

After forgetting to turn a Drupal site back on for the second time, I decided to write this module. It simply notifies you at your email address when the site is offline for a certain (configurable) time.
What this module will NOT do:
* It will not send you an email when your host is offline.
* It may not work with poormanscron
