Issue Summary
On most normal projects the release nodes start "above the fold". However, in distros they are many, MANY page scrolls down. This is probably going to result in people not reading the notes, which often contain valuable information for people to know.

Pushed a fix and deployed. Better, but still not ideal:

Maybe we need a "Notes" label above that section of the body to separate it more clearly from the file info at the top of the page?
