Displaying the Path-based Metatag link on views and panels as a tab didn't work for us and we prefer to use contextual links for admin option like that. This patch adds an option in the module administration page to turn move the Path-based Metatag link into contextual links rather than displaying it as a tab.

hmmm...just noticed that this patch adds "path-based metatags" link to the contextual links on all view including blocks. Need to look into this.

After using this modification for a few days now I have to partially agree. While I am glad to be rid of the "path-based metatags" tab, moving it to the contextual links wasn't the right strategy. I'm going to reroll this patch with just the option to turn off the tab.
