Allow for Redirect to other page AFTER vote

Currently after voting a user remains on the poll node. If the poll is set to not display results or the user does not have access to see the results, they just see the body of the poll node and none of the poll options. They see a status message that indicates they have voted. But the user experience of being dropped on this page, and seeing this page when they return to a poll node at any later date after they have already voted is sub-optimal.

Feature Request:
Add a setting/field for each poll node to redirect a user upon vote submission, or subsequent visit to poll node if they have already voted, to some other node.

This would be similar to the way that webform module works allowing you to either present an on-screen message, or redirect a user to another node.
