I need to create a Search Engine capability for my Drupal 6 site, that also has the ability to Filter upon clicking Filter options or a Semantic Drill-Down Filtering ability.

So you want someone to be able to search on a term or phrase using a normal search box, and then refine their search once they see the results? I've used these modules to accomplish a similar thing:
