I'd like to see a facility that allows for a rolling poll. This would automatically remove votes based on an adjustable duration.

This poll would be great to evaluate sentiment on stocks or other issues where no new vote would have to be opened but individual votes removed after a certain time in order to keep the results current.

The key obviously is not a complete reset but individual votes removed as time passes.

This feature request is not common enough to justify a new setting. You can create a custom module to add this to Advanced Poll though, using hook_cron().
