Non of the Fields & Terms not show up for users who don't have admin permissions.

I'm sorry, there are way too many negatives in your one sentence.

Please follow the normal schema:
1. Starting with a virgin Drupal installation, what did you do?
2. What did you expect to happen / to see?
3. What happened instead?

Avoid "none", "all", and all other generalizations — be very specific.

I have a forum with additional fields and a few terms. I have also that in my articles, and there is just fine.
I've been using Drupal since version 4.7 and up to today, also by commercial use.
Also, the module "Forum Access" I have used before, and then everything's seemed very nice :-)

But with 7.dev (and 7.x-1.0-rc1) it will not show the fields or the terms of the forum when to fill out a new thread for my users, it's only shows up for admin. Use the latest versions of all modules. Use the "Advanced Forum" but the fault is localized to the "Forum Access".

I don't know what more to tell you

And presumably enable forum, acl, fa. After that I have forum terms (which show just fine) and no fields.

Now what?

Its seems that you don't read my post at all :-(
This module don't work like it should, thats that. Then I have to use Taxonomy Access in stead :-))
