No you can't, but you can use the "Show slide on specific pages" option and put the block on multiples pages.

It would be great if we could have multiple slider blocks with different set of slides. For example, I need to have two sliders with different set of slides each for the front page in one language. If the module supported i18n, it was great; for example to have a "Show slide for specific language" field similar to "Show slide on specific pages" which the module already have.
