I intend to upgrade my website to Drupal 7 version, but tropo is the last remaining module i really need but has no D7 version. Is there any plan about that?

There's a branch at https://github.com/tropo/sms_tropo/tree/7.x-1.x but because this is a plugin for SMS Framework until it has a 7.x version, there's no point in finalizing or releasing it.

There's still no official release of SMS Framework. If someone wants to try one of their dev builds and report back, I'd be happy to get this working with it.

The module doesn't have any direct integration with voipDrupal, but Tropo allows you to have a different URL for SMS than for voice. So you could configure your Tropo application with your voipdrupal URL for the Voice URL and the SMS Framework URL for Messaging. I haven't tried doing it that way, but there's no obvious reason that it wouldn't work great.
