Great module, thanks! A comment:

I have two slides, each set to display only on the <front> page. Neither is showing on front, yet the space is still vacant - on all pages, in fact.

Obviously, the <front> should be working, and additionally - can the slider be made to not show a large empty hole on pages that have no slides assigned to it?

Same problem here. If I fill in <front> it doesn't show up on the front page. (If I use * it does, but that's not what I want).

Subscribing. doesn't work. You can use * and give it a very high weight, so it will be last. But this shortcut isn't fully functional.

That's funny, because it is working for other pages, but not for <front>...
