Advanced Poll Binary Poll Does Not Allow for more than 5 choices

Selecting the "Need More Choices" check box after the 5th option does not seem to do anything. Saving the node, or going to preview does not change the behavior (which is that checking the box has no affect). I've tested this with Javascript on and off in Chrome and Safari on MAC osX lion.

If you create a normal poll with more than 5 options, save the node, and then use the advanced poll converter module to convert all normal polls to advanced polls, the poll will be created and will have more than 5 options, and you can edit and save this converted poll without loosing options 6 ,7, 8...n
