I get this error when I click on Ad Notifications (in admin/content/ad/configure/ad_image)
Fatal error: Cannot unset string offsets in /home/developw/public_html/includes/form.inc on line 319

When I click the back button, I get this:
warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'ad_notify_settings_form'
