Problem/Motivation

It seems that if a parent term (such as Modules) is imported to the local vocabulary when a new child term is added from the remote, the child term is not imported within its hierarchy.

This only happens when importing using an itemid. Strangely, in that case the term displays on the article, but when you click the term link to get to the term page, the term page says no articles are marked with this tag. The term is otherwise as expected, with Web Term ID saved.

As soon as you do a manual save on the item, both problems go away, even for the terms that were already imported.

The problem is probably in web_taxonomy_feeds_set_target
