Create Debut Apps server

Problem/Motivation

The Debut features seem to be good candidates for use as Apps using the Apps module.

Proposed resolution

Work already completed:

• Write a helper module for generating Apps manifests.
• Configure a Debut apps server using the App server feature.
• Write a Debut apps connector.

Remaining tasks

• Update documentation for all Debut features.
• The Apps format doesn't look to support patching and we have some patches currently in Debut. Working hard to eliminate all patches. See http://drupal.org/node/1369062 for list of remaining patches.
• Write criteria for inclusion in Debut Apps server.
