Titles of pages, links and menu items should use upper case in the first letter and name of any content type for consistency with Drupal 5 style conventions, e.g. "Add Case", "List Projects" (etc).

This is being addressed as we build the Drupal 6 version. Setting this to fixed. Individual issues can be opened as needed.
