Offering to maintain repository

I would like to take over the maintainership of this abandoned project.
Although no code has been committed to this module so far, I have developed code that pretty much meets the description of the module given here and would therefore provide a great way forward for this project which is otherwise abandoned. I already have a git account and maintain several other Drupal modules.
