A repository is a place where data is stored and maintained. A repository can be
- a place where data is stored
- a place where specifically digital data is stored
- a site where e-prints are located
- a place where multiple files are located for distribution over a network,
- a place where anything is stored for probable reuse
- a place to store digital data
This module allows users to have a private repository of files. Users may upload resources (files) to
their repository and use them later in posts. The main purpose for this module is help users to have full control over their files, browse, organize and maintain them, and of course, reuse in posts.
A list with all features will be available soon, the module is under active development.
This module will be maintained only for the forthcoming Drupal 6.x branch since it's based on the file handling improvements in Drupal 6 where entries in the files table are now keyed to a user, and not a node.
Uses intensively the core API functions for handling file uploads and server file management.
