Default logout message missing

6.x-2.6 displays no logout message if you do not have a custom logout message set. 6.x-2.5 shows the default message "You have been automatically logged out due to inactivity."

If this change is by design, no message is a bad default because the header text "Automated logout" alone is not meaningful to many people.
