CCK fields are left blank after upgrading to 1.3

I've just upgraded to webform 1.3 and when I open an existing form for editing, the cck content fields are filled in. However, when I then submit the form to update it, the content within those fields vanishes as if it hasn't been saved. It also doesn't appear in the content type as it used to when viewing the webform.
