I am searching for a feature in which users are able to select a number of taxonomy keywords in which they have an interest. And then when we send out newsletters the users only get the stories that include the taxonomy keywords they have selected.

I have heard this feature described in relation to other websites, and would be happy to include it on my own.

Any suggestions as to how I can do this?
