FILE_SEPARATOR possibly not defined in Admin->Settings->Project

The text under the Issue Directory field shows the following:

Subdirectory in the directory 'filesFILE_SEPARATOR' where attachment to issues will be stored.

As you can see, FILE_SEPARATOR should be defined as a slash (likely depending on the server OS), but it's just showing the define text.
