Ability to choose different image styles for different themes. The different themes use different sizes for images. It will be great to choose it from while choosing themes in the settings.

This is outside the scope of Nivo Slider. A theme can implement hook_image_styles_alter to change the Nivo Slider image styles to whatever it wants.
