I've installed version 7.x-1.x-dev and enabled the ds_forms module.
However the menu item to style forms are not showing. See attached.

What am I missing?

Ah! The module is dependent on the rel module, but is not in the dependents list.

It's intented actually, but, I'll add a menu item with a check on rel, because it's possible to use forms without rel as well
