first a big THANK YOU, great module, always wanted this quite usefull function.
While testing it, i found out that the old content is only found via synoyms when you edit and save it again.
Dont know if theres a way to change this, would make this module even better.

You need to rebuild your search index. See Administer >> Settings >> Search.

A nice "feature" for this module would be to add a README file explaining this and other details. Another approach would be to have the module rebuild the search index automatically on installation, but that might be overkill.
