i have searched for this information I got this where it says to link the user id in profile2 view.
I plan to use Access By Term ABT requires that the fields /terms should be user fields.can some one please clarify on this
since eRecruiter is an install profile packaged using profile2 I am expecting by default profile fields will be user fields.

dasjoa profile instance of profile2 is by definition related to a user. but as profiles and users are separate, but linked entities, a profile field won't show up on a user.
you might rather want to open a support issue for this in the profile2 issue queue.
