"All Day" doesn't show up as a choice in configuration or on widget

Hi There -

Not sure what's supposed to happen, but the 'Date All Day' module is checked.

There is no setting for it on the field settings for the date field.

There is nowhere when you're creating a node that you can check a box to say that the event is an all day event.

On the calendar, there is space at the top for something to be 'all day'.

I've searched for issues that contain 'all day', but none of them describe this.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
