Wx: Collection does not work on sensor sets on a single line

The code for collection compares the number of fields requested against the number of fields returned to disqualify data. the algorithm in the collection system that counts the parameters was not made aware of the single line issue, this needs to be fixed. since it is counting all the fields as one, it is disqualifying all data collected with a single line sensor set.
