When I change text format to Full or Filtered the body field disappears.

This seems to only happen using the panels "create new content" dialogue and not the normal node creation.

If I disable module then change format to full or filtered then re-enable ckeditor it works. If I go to a node that is already set to full or filtered it works.

When I try to save or cancel I get the following alert:

An error occurred while attempting to process /panel/ajax/ipe/add-pane/panel_context%3Apage-home%3page_home_panel_context/middle/custom/custom/form: Cannot read property 'edit-body-value' of undefined

I actually think this is a panels issue. I'm only seeing this condition on panel pages.
