It looks like it would make a great candidate for Advanced Aggregation.

@Rob Loach metioned the library in D8 Make JS & CSS Preprocessing Pluggable ticket and from a quick look it (as he said) looks awesome (TM).

Thoughts?

Looks quite interesting. I'll keep this in mind, but for now I'm working on the D7 port.
