I am using the latest dev version of views:

rss field formatters
http://drupal.org/project/rss_field_formatters

I am using the stock taxonomy view so I enabled it.
I installed
rss_field_formatters
I created my content type and in the custom rss tab
left body at default
archive my taxonomy type as rss catagory
file as rss enclosure

when I go to:
http://tools.forret.com/podcast/validator.php
and validate my feed there is no attachments.

I am unsure how to solve this or do further testing to see what is happening. Any help please?

Here is another problem report with the feeds I'm using:
Well, my problem is, I can use iTunes to play a specific podcast, and
when I copy and paste the feed into the podcast feed manager, it
accepts it. However, when I go to download an episode, it says all
episodes are in an unsupported format. Then it just keeps prompting me
to update the episode list.
Strange.

sorry no one can magically know what is wrong with your feed without at least a link to the feed...

I only use BSD and Linux operating systems myself so cannot help you with iTunes issues.
