Several fixes for:
- When adding donations manually (e.g. wire transfer), the uid and name
fields were transposed, so we ended up with a blank name.
- The paths for the edit/delete were hangovers from the 4.7 days, and hence
gave a 404. Fixed to use admin/build/donations.
- Some code formatting for style.
