There is no such functionality. You need to do that manually:

Goto Gallery2 --> add media --> Select Library Tab --> select your images to add.
Goto Gallery1 --> remove the images (the images will only be removed from this gallery, not from the site).

hi there!

Goto Gallery1 --> remove the images

where can i delete a image from a gallery?
if i go to (for e.g.)
node/8/multiedit
the is no button to delete the image
iam logged in as admin
the permissions are correctly set
and i am using media gallery 7.x-1.0-beta7 in drupal 7.12
do i have ti apply a patch?
