In the menu "Create content" the item "Web report" appears twice. The first link points to "node/add/web_report", and the second points to "node/add/web-report".
Whenever I click on one of the links, I obtain the same page, with no differences.

Change statuts to duplicate, see http://drupal.org/node/150861. I traced the duplicate "webform report" in the content menu through the weform_report_form (). If you remove this function the duplicate line desappeared. But i don't understand what this dupplicate line has to do with the hook_form !!
