Sports result prediction module?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a module (hopefully it exists) where my members can predict results from a predetermined set of fixtures. It would work as follows.

[Short Version]
I the administrator would be able to create a list of games each week (football/soccer) for my members to predict the results of. I would then feed in the actual results (after the actual games have played) and my members predictions would then be calculated, scored and ranked accordingly. The predictions would go on with new game fixtures and lasting for several weeks.

[Long Version]
As the administrator I would be able to set the number of games to be played say from 1-20 fixtures and set out how many weeks the competition will last. I enter the team names for each fixture with a time limit as to when the fixtures have to be made by. In addition to my members predicting the result they would also have to enter a time for when they think the game winning goal will be scored.

eg for one fixture:

Drupal Superstars Vs Wordpress Nancy boys

I the member predict that the score will be Drupal Superstars 3-1 Wordpress Nancy boys and the game winning goal will be scored in the 66th minute.

The fictitious match of course is played with the actual result being a 4-1 win for the Superstars and the game winning goal scored in the 62nd minute. As administrator I enter the correct score and my result is calculated.
(By correct result I mean that the team you predicted to win does so, the more accurate the number of goals you predicted determines how many points you are awarded.)

* Correct result predicted and both home and away correct goals scored: 10 points
* Correct result predicted and correct number of goals for one of the teams: 6 points
* Correct result predicted and correct goal difference: 6 points
* Correct result predicted and wrong number of goals for both teams: 4 points
* Incorrect result predicted but correct number of goals for one team: 2 points
* Game winning goal time correctly predicted: 5 points
* Game winning goal time predicted with 5 minutes: 3 points
* Game winning goal time predicted within 10 minutes: 1 points

Based on the scoring format my prediction would have been awarded 6 points for my result and 3 points for my game winning goal time. 9 points in all.

I realise that the above being already available is asking a lot and ultimately I may have to figure out how to design something like that myself, although I wish I had the skills to do so. I figure a module like this would suit any sports community orientated site and be a fun tool for any developer wishing to add some interactivity for their members.
