Issue Summary
I have a menu item that points to a Taxonomy Access Control-managed page node. I modified its corresponding menu item so that under Restrict access permission, only authenticated user is selected. Regardless, anonymous users (not logged in--I can see the sign in fields on the left hand side) still see this menu link.

In case it matters, caching is disabled.

Oops, need to apply the patch to get it to work.
