I've noticed this multiple times on install...I usually uncheck "check for updates" on test sites. Unchecking/rechecking that box works really inconsistently in Chrome 18.0.1025.162. The check box is delivered by the install profile at the Configure Site step.

I got similar issue too. I can't uncheck the option of "check for updates".

The the <legend> elements overlap the <input> field not allowing it to be checked.

Attached is a patch that adjusts the css to accommodate the change needed.
