Anonymous (not verified) commentedin chrome development tools,"Scripts" part. I didn't see the javascripts as "thread.js,disqus.js".But in IE,I see them.
so, i think the reson is:
the chrome could not load these javascript.

ryan.ryan commentedI'm hoping that my issue was isolated, but maybe not. I was getting this same issue, it came down to being an issue with the Boost module. I don't know all of the details except that it was in fact not loading the .js. I cleared all of boost's caches and the pages came back. But, I don't have a warm fuzzy feeling that it's all okay and I didn't really get to the bottom of it.

Anonymous (not verified) commentednext week,i will setup a clear drupal, only enable Disqus module.
if it can work, may be it is the browser problem.

ryan.ryan commentedNo problem!
Here is the issue I opened up - Comments not showing for Anon users on new content, showing for Admin.
Like I said, I didn't get a solid solution, but it was related to caching issues. It also may have been related to poormanscron.

roborracle commentedOne thing for people still encountering this issue would be to check any caching for js. I use Cloud Flare CDN and noticed that once I deactivated the service Disqus started performing correctly. I also noticed that even with Cloud Flare enabled, it would load correctly in IE9 which is completely strange, but continued to have the same problems in Chrome & FF.

BogenDorpher commentedRocketloader in CloudFlare causes problems... disable it and that should fix the issue
