I have a ranking poll going and anonymous users that vote appear to be changing one vote slot rather than getting a new one per IP. If the users log in, then they get a new vote slot. What could I be doing wrong?

Normal caching is enabled.

just came across this myself - but pretty sure this is from the core votingapi functionality - there isn't (at least that i now of) nothing in the votingapi module that allows for IP based stamping - and therefore no real support for anonymous voting, polls, ratings, etc.
