The button icon of the comment reply button implies an incorrect functionality.

This button uses as icon the icon for collapsible content.

I added CSS for the reply on the comment links in nodes. The new icon is a right arrow. Also, the position of the icons are now on the right. The Add New Comment is an expandable fieldset so I am leaving that icon as-is.
