Skip synchronizing and altering node forms when using other translation systems.

We should not:
- Synchronize node fields.
- Alter node forms other than field labels, descriptions,etc..

for nodes that are not translated through Content Translation module. These are usually ET nodes and different field values per language are creating a lot of really hard to debug issues.
