Error on "Skip image previews"

Skip image previews
Popup opens crop page, instead of preview first.

Selecting this option results in the following error:

The requested page"/image/crop/32/javascript_crop?iframe=true&height=650&width=800" could not be found.

I have tested every "Popup window type" including Colorbox and they all fail.

It is counter intuitive to preview then crop since the user must click "crop" to bring up the option in the first place. It should take the user to the crop functionality by default.

This is enabled for the Profile photo and the image style was created. All works well except this option.
