This is not exactly a duplicate post. Omega8cc asked me to split my original support request issue in to separate issue posts (http://drupal.org/node/1551136#comment-5932720), one for each issue I was dealing with. If you want the whole story, you can find it in http://drupal.org/node/1551136.

My Setup and Background
I'm working on an Ubuntu 10.04 LTS 64bit Linode VPS with 80GB total storage (67 GB used, 13 GB Available, most space used is from site backups), 2 GB RAM.
Here is a gist.github.com link to the
BOA files for before upgrading to BOA HEAD as of 3/31/2012
and a gist.github.com link to
BOA files after upgrading to latest version of BOA HEAD as of 4/27/2012
for the following files:

    /var/aegir/config/includes/barracuda_log.txt
    /data/disk/user/log/octopus_log.txt
    /var/aegir/install.log (password removed)
    /root/.barracuda.cnf
    /root/.USER.octopus.cnf

The Problem: Neither Chive or SQLBuddy are no longer installed.
Or at least they cannot be found when I go to the domains where they were previously installed.

I don't use these except when I have problem to fix that requires them, so I don't know how long they have been missing.

Both of these use to work just fine, but neither exist now.

I doubled checked my DNS, which hasn't changed for these services since I originally set up BOA about a year ago.

How do I get Chive and SQLBuddy reinstalled on the BOA system if it has gone missing?

Thanks for any and all help in advance. I truly appreciate it!
Steve

Please check if you have their vhosts in the /var/aegir/config/server_master/nginx/vhost.d directory and their directories in the /var/www directory.

Thank you for your help, Omega8cc, on this an all the issues I posted. This one turned out to be just my plain old stupidity.

In the /var/aegir/config/server_master/nginx/vhost.d directory I do have chive and sqlbuddy listed and their directories are in the /var/www file.

I opened the vhost.d files and found that the server names were different from what I had bookmarked and for some reason I also did not see the difference between those bookmarked URL's and my DNS.

I can't believe I missed this! These kinds of mistakes just make me want to pull my hair out!

Thanks for putting up with me!

Steve

P.S. I've marked this as fixed.
