Hi!
How to enable the multi support user function? I mean that only users with special role (for ex. 'donators') could create new support tickets, but they will not be able to see each other ticket (only tickets that they have created)? Is that possible to create? How can I do that? Thank you very much for your help.

Create a roll that does not have the "view other users tickets" permission. See:

This tip didn't help me... I don't want to create any users in support ticketing system. I thought that there is way to bypass adding clients (tickets would be automatically assinged to user who created the ticket and visible only to him). When I try to add new ticket I get this message: "A site administrator must create and enable a client before you can create support tickets.". What am I doing wrong? Or I have to create new clients to get it to work as it should be? I admit that I want to use support ticketing system for reporting bugs by all users of the portal.
