Gall Anonim commentedThis tip didn't help me... I don't want to create any users in support ticketing system. I thought that there is way to bypass adding clients (tickets would be automatically assinged to user who created the ticket and visible only to him). When I try to add new ticket I get this message: "A site administrator must create and enable a client before you can create support tickets.". What am I doing wrong? Or I have to create new clients to get it to work as it should be? I admit that I want to use support ticketing system for reporting bugs by all users of the portal.
