Ok, but in the context of the current Open Atrium which is working with 6.x branch I can not apply a 7.X module.
I have also seen that Open Atrium is developing a 7.x version, but that will take some time as I could see.
Yeah, i agree that this is a problem. The Case Tracker module doesn't have a 6.x version maintainer( i joined last week to start the 7.x version).
By the way, i'm moving out of Open Atrium and creating a project management tool with this new Case Tracker 2.x because i really don't have idea of a roadmap to Open Atrium 7.x version.
Whos knows.. maybe Open Atrium 7.x use the new 2.x version of Case Tracker too. OA needs case tracking and, from what i saw, D7 doesn't have many options(and i'm commited to make this one here a good one!).
Yes, this document is important for the ones that care for Open Atrium(and i am one of them). I'm following its changes since it was created. And like i said, OA 7.x will need a case tracking solution and i wish to do a good job here, that will be a good contribution for OA 7.x too.

pedrorocha commentedI don't if i understood correctly, but i think that the new 7.x-2.x version is walking in this path, with Entities.
You can create types os Cases, each one with different fields.
