Hi Hi Im having problems installing PostGIS/PostGreSQL.

Any guidance you can offer will be much appreciated. I have tried the PostGres installer http://postgis.org/download/windows/pg91/postgis-pg91-setup-2.0.0-3.exe and this is throwing a message

"PostGIS has to be installed to the PostGreSQL folder"

and blowing up on the first dialog.

Hi,

looks like you haven't installed PostgreSQL. Try to run the PostGIS installer after you have installed PostgreSQL. But I highly recommend using a Linux server to install Cartaro. Try VirtualBox and Vagrant if you don't have a Linux machine at hand.

BTW, you don't need any MySQL database to run Cartaro.
